Try Something New!

I don’t exercise most of the time, I don’t have a diet, and I don’t usually into sports but it came to the point that I realize, I must have something to do with my body.

So, back in 2016 I tried dancing even though I never tried it before I still push it through because I believe that it will help me to become fit at least. So I decided to join my friend’s dancing group that always compete inside our school, the group were really determined to win so they really push their best effort during our practices and from those practices I found out that I easily get tired. I thought that the reason why I easily get tired was that I’m not exposed to do push-ups, running, planking and such. The training was really hard and I thought of giving up because I can’t do it anymore but with the help of my members’ encouraging words I decided not to because after all they’ve become my family and giving up just because I got tired was not enough to leave them.

Thankfully, after several months of training I already felt the changes in my body. I lose some weight and those difficult exercises become easy for me to do unlike before. With this experience I realized that you must never be afraid to try something new because life gets boring when you stay within the limits of what you already know.
