We are all born in this world, with our body functioning and body as our appearance, it is our identity and we must live our life to the fullest. In this world full of people, everyone has it’s own uniqueness and differences and it’s okay! I repeat, it is okay.
What’s the matter if you are like this and like that, don’t blame yourself and see this as a blessing, some are tall, some are thin, some are fat and with all of these flaws, it makes us special, remember that every kid is special. Just like the flower, it takes time to bloom, it takes time to open up and be confident so that you can show yourself to others. Nobody is perfect! Our physical appearances are not perfect! They say that “what you eat is what your body will become”
Personally, way back 2014, when I was in grade 7, I am only 13 years old and my height was 5’0 and my weight was already 65 until grade 8, I remember I reached 70-75 kilograms, some of you will say I’m over exaggerating it but it’s true, I became so depressed because I’m so fat, so so so fat! One time when I’m looking at my pictures, I noticed that I’m more bigger than my mother so I said to myself “this is not good, I might be sick.” I played sports and my mother chose taekwondo and while playing this, it is very effective because my weight is decreasing, after that I got motivated so while playing taekwondo, every rest day from taekwondo, I always make sure that my diet is continuous so I jog every day 25-30 mins and I lessen my rice and all the sweets, if before I can eat all of the ice cream all by myself now I tolerated it. So today, 2018 my height is 5’2 and my weight is ranging from 57-59 kilograms and I’m proud of it because my hard works are paid off. As i said earlier, It takes time! All in God’s perfect timing.
